Starting in November, the retail brokerage platform Webull will begin offering cryptocurrency perpetual futures to eligible users in the United States. The initiative is being carried out through a partnership with Kalshi , whose designated contract market (KalshiEX LLC) and clearinghouse (Kalshi Klear LLC)—both overseen by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC)—will support the trading and settlement operations.
In the regulatory arena, this union represents a milestone in the US market, where perpetual derivatives had historically remained restricted to offshore platforms. The integration will allow millions of retail investors to trade digital asset leverage under a regulated domestic framework, competing directly against traditional exchanges and challenging the leadership of unregulated markets in trading volume.
The service will initially debut with contracts on Bitcoin and other prominent digital assets, with plans to expand coverage before the end of the year. Traders must be approved for futures accounts on Webull to access this instrument.
