CrowdStrike CEO: Security industry moving ‘from security to safety’ amid AI boom

I think they should consult the security guys more often because if you look at what an agent does, it's a program that runs just non-deterministically and these are things that crowd strike has been focused on protecting what a human does for many many years, right? An agent is superhuman, touches a lot of different files, but the technology is there and I think what's important to remember is that the security industry now is moving from keeping all the bad guys out to enabling AI to be used safely. So we move from security to safety and that's not just a bigger market, it's a different market. It's allowing the CEO to expand [clears throat] their business and run faster. And this is the opportunity that we see in front of us, not only for the security market, but for Crowdstrike.
