when you have some that actually cares. Welcome back to trading 360. I'm Marley Kayden. It's time for big three. We've got three stocks three charts and three t Kevin Greeneing us through the charts here to take us through the trades is Scott Bau the CEO of Prosper Trading Academy. Great to have you both with us this morning. Scott would love to kick things off with your thoughts on how we're opening a fresh trading week here, what your expectations are for the week and the month of October. I mean, I think this is really optimistic. There were a lotf reasons why we, you know, maybe would not have opened or moved higher today. We all know October has the, you know, the scaries to them, if you will. You k there's this thing called October Effect, where, where people really think that it's a bad month. October is not really a bad month. It actually isy positive.owever, it is the most volatile month. So I would a lot of volatility coming up. All right so we've volatility coming up. Does that come into play here with y g three. Your first one being alphabet here little higher on the session so far today. Yeah not not so m volatility. This one is really just based off of technicals and you know bong off 200 day m average support here. And and alphabet has been you know one of those that have really been, you know, outside of Nvidia, maybe t, thee spotlight and really, really shining. So I lov opportunity technically that I, that I get to, to enter in here. So I'm buying a call a call sd going out October 30th, end of the month. 355365 call spread. Lo to pay around $3 for that. All right, soG as you look at the alphabet technicals and the cha Google, I mean we have seen it moving higher so far year to date they're up 10% but certainly not the best performer in the bunch. But if we look over the last 52 weeks we're up 40%. What are you sin the technicals here as it applies to Scott's example trade? Well Scott kind of did job. I meanhnically speaking it's hitting the 200 day moving average. That has been a ke area ot only for the last year, but if you go back in you have seen some buyers actually stepping in at that particular moving average here, the stocks making higher highs a higher lows. At this point in time, we are seeing a wedge formation where we have lower highs, at least for this pullback. But we are starting to get closer and closer to the apex. You have the 50 day 20 day and 200 day moving average all at the same levels right now and over the next couple of weeks, even if prices stay where they are at right now, we should actually see a bullish pinch of that 20 moving, 20 day moving average going above that 50 day moving average, which is bullish if you're kind of looking at the level to the upside, even if it f resistance, you're looking at around $365, which is pretty much right there at Scott Strike here. So it does make sense. You have some key a of support. ave confluence of multiple moving averages, and you do have kind of this wedge pattern. Now if we do break out, 385 is going to be the first major are resistance. And then you're talking about those highs of around $40 And if we have a breakdown, you're looking at $300 as your next major area ofr highs, which is something that you'd like to see MacD sitting around the zero line right now. Nothing really kind of in that formation bullish bearish. So I would say this is a little bit more bullish off that technical level of support. That 200 day moving average 365 does kind of make sense when it comes to that trade setup. And what else are you looking at in the technicals here for alphabet for Google KG. Yeah. I mean if you go to the long term the three year weekly, you do have once again a primary trend line to the upside here. This is more of a bull flag pattern where we have a consolidation that 50 p moving average or week moving average, which is roughly around close to aro that 200 dayoving average, sitting around $33t now. And you could have a situation where we try to break above the k moving average at $350, and that's where we can continue to move higherher highs, higher lows is is structurally sound, at least for now. MacD and a little of a bearish for. But it is trying to flatten out. Once you get that officiD cross oneekly. That has been actually a really good bullish sign for stock lik this one a three four even five week run back to upside. We're not tet. But this still looks technically bullish to me Marlon. All right. now we've got at sitting at 34525. It is up about a half a percent on today's session. Now Scott your next name got caught up in some ofhese AI disruption fears. It's also entered the conversation with muse here. We're talking about Expedia. Little lower on the session here. It's lost momentum year to date. But how are you looking at Exped where it fits i this broader AI narrative? As Agentic shopping is on the rise, you had asked if any of these are kind ofed to to some of the volatility. Expedia defi is one of them. So technically you look at the charts here. There is a lot of support in the stock right around here. The 200 moving average. B here's a case where implied volatility is very elevated. So I want to take advantage of that. So whaty short term this week iron Condor. S selling a put spread and a call spread. I'm selling the two 57.5 two 52.5 put spread. I'm selling the two 72.5, two 77.5 call spread. So $5 on each side collecting $2.50 for that. Ie the reward toisk 1 to 1 on that. All right. And we're looking ate upside for our break eve Of course we're trading right in the middle there right now. KG when you look at the technicals what levels are standing out to you for Expedia. So Expedia has been trading more like a utility stock rather than something that's a little bit more of a growthier type of name. So on the one year daily chart we have been making higher highsnd higher lows on a relative basis. But we are hitting a key area of support,ag about, if you have this primary trend line from the lows that we saw back in February, connect those to the lows that we saw back in around May of this yeacontinue to move that up. That matches right with the 200 day m average. And really hoping that this actually does act as a firm area of sup And if so, you are looking to a move for a move to the upside at first to $300, and then all the way back up to those highs at 350 ish dollars. If you're kind of following that trend line here. Now, RSI doesn't look really that great. We are making lower highs there. We haven't seen that momentum shift quite yet when it comes to the price action. We have been consolidating here. But the MacD is where you get a little bit more bullish. We are almost MacD on the daily chart here where that 12 EMA cross above the 26 EMA. If you're just trading off the tals and you're trading it just like it's a utility stock. This be an area wher stock could actually move a little bit higher here. And onin kind of retesti least that 50 day moving average at around $300 could make sense for this name. And I was talking about year to date.n about 7% as there are some concround AI disruption here. But as I look over 52 weeks, I mean, there's still highlyositive there up 20% on the year volatility really coming into play in spring and summer months. And we've shot up through the end of the and fallen off a bit here. As you look at the longer term chart what ar you seeing there. Yea this is where it gets kind of difficult. This is actually the line in the sand around these current levels here. Once again we're making higher highs and higher lows on the three year weekly chart. And we are hitting that key area of support the 50 week moving average once again kind of matching that that flag or that channel line. So you are expecting a bounce to the upside. Now here's where it getstle bit more bearish. You are seeing lower highs on the RSI. So we have something called a bearish dive that is taking place right now. And you have the MacD on theeklf a bearish formation with that 12 EMA below the 2 So you'rey kind of making a technical call that this channel is going to hol up and at lea try to retrace 50% of the high low for thisel once again, get you back up to around that $300 level. If not Marlene, we down. Youart talkie next major area of support on the lon term time frame chart for Expedia. Bearish divergence. A little bit of abe. But you got to trust the the channel that has been intact for the last year. That's always going to be the first area of support in the first area of focus for a lot of technical traders. All right Scott, and your last one here has had some monster performance since the launch of this ETF. We're talking about the Roundhill Memory ETF better known as Dram. How are you this this to me is is somewhath of a proxy for f micron. And it's settled in here. Micron's earnings came out. The RAM didn't really move so much. I really like the upside though. So I'm going to give this one a little bit more time. I'm going out November expiration. And I'm just buying a simple call. Spread the 6575 call spread pay around $2.25 for that. I think from ahnical standpoint it makes sense. I also think, you ,r itself, we could really see a lot of upside here. All right. KG as we loo over the technicals, we don't have a long term crt here because this ETF only launched back in April. We've got about six months to look ut what are seeint of time herhad the primary trend to the upside. That's going to be in purple where we wereg higher highs and higher lows. We have actually broken that primary trend line. This is tally a bear flag formation where you pullback. And we aref a consolidating. Now you can get a little bit more bu because we are still making higher lows on this consolidation. And what you would hope for is that we come ee a breakout to the upside. A break above the $67 level kind of gives you some confidence that maybe it could go back to around that level on the RSI making higher lows. That's a good t But the MacD is really not telling us much. Not a lot to look at when it comes to this chart. I would say look at the components within the ETF in order to kind of get a gauge as to where you think the market's going to go. And that's going to be micron, Samsung, SK Hynix, those three basically comprised of around 90% of the overall ETF itself. So if you're bullish on those names in general thatns it should be positive for the ETF for it to move higher. But thisf a bull or bear flag in myinion l over it could get very aggressive. And then you'relook5 level, the next major area of support. All right. I mean some explosive growth 128% higher since its launch, but pretty sideways of late. Rea appreciate you both joining us
