Can a business get too big? This CEO says no

I rely on very capable CEOs. When you are the holding company of such a large group and when you're more importantly listed on the Abu Dhabi Stock Exchange, you only exist to create more value to your shareholders than these companies would have created each on their own. And that is our main focus. We focus on the bottom line and how we're going to support these engines in creating value. >> Is there a point where this business is at risk though of becoming too diversified? How do you guard against that? >> There is no such thing that is too big when it's well governed and well run. We follow metrics that have proven to work for the last 6 years. We learned that from what's happening in the AI revolution in the hyperscalers. So, when you know what you're doing and you're focused on what you're doing, too big gives you a lot of leveraging power. It's not a problem. I see that as an opportunity. >> As someone who has founded a business and and grown a business, for entrepreneurs out there across the Middle East, what would you say to those waiting for the right moment to make their move? >> There isn't a right moment. Now is the right moment. If you have an idea and if that idea solves a problem, do all the diligence that you need to do clearly, but start right now.
