when you have someone that actually cares. Welcome back to train 360 and M coffee in for Marley K It's time for the big three. Three stocks, three charts, three trades. We're joined by Kevin Green who's going to take us through the charts. And herake us through his trades is Tim Bigham option strategist for pilot AI. Good morning to both of you. Happy Monday Tim. I'll give you ack at it here first. Kind of a quiet, almost sleepy start to this M in equity markets. But any big e market thoughts. Yeah. I think you know theourth anniversary if you will, of the bull market at least on the S 500. Alex. So I think you know ea little bit of at least a slowdownthe rally given the fact we have interest rates, of course, on the long end at the highest they've been in decades. Right. Valuations pushing to the highest levels we've seen. So I think, you know stocks are maybeng a little bit of a push back finally here. And I think it might be for the next several weeks certainly until we start getting back into earnings season, until we get some resolution o of the Iranian crisis, if ever. Right. And if we get the yield on the long end ever coming down. So I think a lot of uncertaintiest tf headwinds should put a lit bit of damper in stocks for at least the foreseeable future. Tim, speaking ofallies, maybe one of the upreciated stories of the last several weeks, if not months, has been Pala that stock kind of, I think, settingew all time highss morning. When you're looking at Palantir, wha stands out to us as that's your first trade? Yeah, absolutely. And I'm looking at the fact that it a huge on. All of a sudden it's the latest and greatest sort pseudo AI play here. Breaking out as you talked about Alex to freshew all time highs, getting a little bit of a pus today and kind of a little pushback to end the week as well. Im volatility followed the stock higher. So option prices are getting rich. So'm just going out to October 30th right right in front of earnings on November 2nd. Selling out of moo 30 collecting about like that return on risk. The fact that I have about a 9% upside cushion here. So really not looking to be an aggressive seller but on a further leg up, I wouldn't mind being a lit bit more bea That sets up ideally for the bear call spread. KG you're looking at the technicals here. It's been quite the 2026.you take a look at Palantir. But I believe Fr closing at a new all time high a levelit really hadn' to since November of last year. So it took almost a year, but w fully round tripped here. What stands out to you? Well, we have officially kind of broken out to the upside here. If you're looking at it thi time last year, we were kind of around these current levels around 185 to $200 level. But we did see a breakdown making lower hhs as well as lowerlows.a little bit of a contion back in around May of this Some buyers really tried to step in and we were a kind of break out to the upside break above this primary downtrend line coming kind of retesting the 200 day moving average. And we've been making higher lows ever since consolidating around this 168 level. And now as you kind of talked about retesting all times going to be a little bit interestingse it is kind of s up for what we call a shooting star pattern. This basically we came out very st but if we close below the opening point and that is actu little bit of a reversal candle, even if we do see that. Alex, I have these whg this channel, having us coming back and pulling back to that 168 level or even the 50 day moving average, rechecking before moving back to all time highs would actually be normal. And that would actually set up forecent cup ande pattern. Here you do have the RSI in overbought territory. Max B is still in a bullish formation well above the 26. If we can just go to the weekly chart here really quick, the longer term time frame is the stock has been in a bull trend. We've had a pullback like a bull flag if you will, a consolidation retest of some key areas of support. And we've been ableo break out a little bit higher here. If you're just taking the high to low price, around $75 from gh to low for this overall channel here, you can of add that to the upside breakout levels. You're looking at around 280 as next major area of resistance for this name. This still looks very bullish, even tho today's candle may suggest a little bit of a pullback, which would not be a negative thing for this name. Tim Faden Palantir. You'r looking at anoth freight train of a stock here in Moderna. Now this stock that had of course it's you know time in the sun just several ago, kind of post a pandemic during the pandemic, in some ways almost left for dead. But ten acts over theast year. Curious how you're looking at this. If you're touching the hot stove again. Absolutely touching it and hopefully looking to cook on that hot stove. Alex going out a little bitther on this one, we're seeing the same sort of price action breakin out to fresh new all time highs. Im volatility ripping lately as well. I kind of like thatnation to take guardedly bearish positions with how the money call spreads. So I'm just going out to the traditional knobs selling the 272 80 right. Getting about two bucks. Nice return on risk 2 Plenty of upside cushion as well. You know, the news that ki shot at higher lately which was the stimulus back the last time it was regular d vacciw if these cancer vaccines ever come to fruition or not. Right. Certainly will take some time if they do. So, I'm taking advantage of what I think is a little short term overheated on both the stock front and the IV front selling out of the money call spread, always with defined on these n You never know how big that risk can be, and you don't want to be left having to chase when you're looking to maybe sell i Yeah. What a, what a run this stock has had over the last several months. As you look at this chart, I mean, there'sen st few years. I got to say, this has got to beere on my li a biggest surprises in terms of comebacks for a nam just flipping the script. But I'm curious what you see on the tactical chart.eah, I would agree. The fundamentals are definitely holding up for this name, at least for now. And from a techntandpoint, if you're looking at the last year, consolidation. I mean, the stock was trading at around $20, $22, kind of hovering aroundat y much all of this year. But we have now seen a really strong breakout to the upside starting back in August. And even though we did have kind of a consolidation, we are still making higher highs as well as higher lows. And I think this is really going to show you and continue to be the trend for this name, where it can continue to push higher, leveraging the 20 day moving average as the key area of support. Now we do have some bearish divergences that we have to be mindful of. The first one is going to be the RSI. We are making lower highs there while the stock is making new highs. So that is something that we have tomindful of. And MacD is still in a bullish formation. But once again kind of loslittle bit of momentum. But this is where you get a lbit more bullish. We go to the three year weekly overall move higher fvid.e th And then kind of this flush to the downside. Tally strong basing formation three year weekly chart, we were able to kind of go back up, retest that 17 level. We had a bull flag or a consolidation befo breakout. Now, the thing that's really key here, if you take the high low price from the previous high 170 to around the lows, let's call it 14145 or so. You add that on of that 170 ish area, you can look at 310 as your next major target for Moderna. So this is a short squeeze fundamental change. Andchnicalls actually a really solid chart still. Yeah. All three of these names really impressive on the chart. I'm looking forward to what you have for Dell. But before we get there Tim bring you back in here. Your final look is that Dell in some ways maybe the most steady of these names. Even though that the performance is like five acts off of its year to date lows. Just monstrous moves in some of these tech firms. But I'm curious how you're looking at an example trade in Dell. Yeah, absolutely. To say the steadiest of thees, as you of at really saying lot. It's it's a little bit crazy. Not a lot crazy is an easy way to put it, but kind of the same thesis there on Dell, as talked about on Moderna and with Palantir as well, just getting a little overheated. Certainly short term, stock valuation front off the charts, rich valuations, rig Finally running into maybe a little bit of trouble here. But in this case IV has actually come down sharply. So I'm using a different trade str. Take a similar sort of bearish approach just going out buying the traditional Nov slightly out of the money. 550 puts selling this week's 550 puts paying a l bit over 20 bucks for that trade. I kind of like the fact that if we do have any pullback between now andditional Nov, this t will do well. Plus I have five weeks to what I term kind of chop wood keeps selling shorter term puts against it. And do get a little bit of a pick up in IV that will benefit the trade structure as wel So I think this market probably is due for at least a bad hair day somewhere along the way. And I like the fact that you can be bullish long term but bearish short term, especially with option trades and kind of, you know, say, hey, I don't think it's go happen now, but maybe later. But now I can benefit from a pul That's what these three trades kind of embody. Real quick before we go to the chart you want to expand on that a little bit. Because I think that's an interesting conversation for ourrs, which is sort of trading around a portfolio. You have a market that's bas got back to its highs. It's been led by fewer and fewer names. When you look at sort of the tech sector outperforminim, and you just kind of describe sort of short term kind of opportunity that you're seeing with some of these. I mean, three out of three bearish looks at some names that have done really well, but that doesn't necessarily inform us of how you're l at things long term. So can you kind of walk us through that thinking of of you can still be bullish long term andrade around a portfolio in the near term with some, you know, maybe more tactical tactical positioning. Yeah, absolutely. It kind of comes into the same thinking of, you know, I'll wait to buy the dip if you will. So I wouldn't be a now, but maybe a buyer later. But in the meant right. I would mind taking a little bit off the table. So, you know, selling these call spreads or doing that put calendar kind of embodies shorter term philosophy of being maybe ne to a little bearish given the red hot rally we've seen, right. But longer term, still being constructive, right. So you don't have to get out, but y can take advantage of the fact that we may have that pullback. And if you're wrong on this right we continue to rip higher if hang on to your l right. Yeah. These trades we talked about tod may lose a little bit.re all defined risks. But overall the portfolio does well. So it's not bad way to lay in a little bit of a hedgen the portfolio here. Take advantage of maybe that short term pullback we're all waiting for but still stay long in the long term. Yeah. put. KG bring you in here. Let's talk some Dell. You want to start long term. First. I here let's look at this Dell chart which just so impressive. Looks like a half pipe on the long term. It does youand actually the three year weekly chart does probably enough justice to be able to, you know, kind of a little bit more of a direction as to where the stock could go here, not only in the near term, but also the longer term. Once again, you see this kind of basing formation. The stock was trading between this $80 level to around $181 before seeing a very strong breakout above the 20 week moving average 50, as well as the 200 week moving average. Now we do have some bearish diver taking place in the RSI, so we are losing a little bit ofice me kind of consolidated pretty much from June to around August before we started seeing a breakout higher. We had an area of resistance now turning into an area of support. So we are seeing that white line, that small trendine. There has been acting as an area of support. If we do get a pullback, you're looking at around that 545 ish area is your next area of support for this name. If you're able to break out above 590, you're looking at around 610 to 615. But the other reason why I kind of bring this up, MacD is actually starting to roll over a little bit. You're starting to lose a little bit more steam when it comes to the 12 EMA. So a small pullback or pullback nonetheless could be in the cards for Dell. But we are making higher highs higher lows. And this been a name that's been able to consolidate for two months months before breaking outr. The trend is kind of your friend. So it's still s that we could see ock continuing to move higher. But a breakdown or rollover might be in the near term I think that's exactly what Tim's kind of talking about when it comes to the trade ure and his thoughts around this company. Yeah down under a little bi of pressure though here today as the tech sector weighs on the overall market. Dell pulling back by about 3.25%. We'll see ifthing further ds here, gentlemen. But I appreciate you taking the time this morningnd joining us Timgh. And
