Anthropic on Monday released the prospectus for its highly anticipated initial public offering (IPO) as the tech giant looks to raise capital to help further its AI ambitions.
The company’s prospectus shows Anthropic has seen rapid growth over the last year, as well as mounting costs amid deep investment in the infrastructure needed to power artificial intelligence (AI) models.
The AI lab’s stock will trade on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol “ANT” after the IPO closes.
