Arbitrum Foundation announced the launch of the Arbitrum Stablecoin Growth Program , an initiative designed to incentivize DeFi protocols to adopt USDG as their primary stablecoin on the network.
The program targets projects holding at least $1 million in stablecoin balances , with live products and audited smart contracts. Participants must commit to using USDG as their primary asset and moving at least $1 million in total value locked (TVL) into the stablecoin.
The foundation has established a 2 million ARB prize pool . The first ten teams to reach $10 million in USDG TVL , measured as a 30-day average, will each receive 200,000 ARB .
Selected projects may also qualify for performance-based incentives, technical assistance, marketing resources, and introductions to other participants in the Arbitrum ecosystem.
USDG is issued by Paxos entities under regulatory supervision in Singapore and Europe. The program covers lending, payments, liquidity provision, and yield-generating applications.
