TL;DR

HYPE rebounded toward $82 after falling near $77.59, while a later CoinMarketCap reading showed the token around $81.27, up 3.9% over 24 hours.

Ripple Prime expanded institutional access to more than 100 RWA perpetual swap markets referencing Trade.xyz contracts listed on Hyperliquid.

HYPE remains below resistance near $83.10, while support sits around $76.30 to $75.70, leaving the rebound short of stronger technical confirmation after the latest recovery.

HYPE rebounded toward $82 after slipping to an intraday low near $77.59, recovering as attention shifted to expanded institutional access around Hyperliquid. A later CoinMarketCap reading placed HYPE near $81.27, up 3.9% over 24 hours, with a daily range between $77.58 and $82.48. The move followed pressure from hotter U.S. producer inflation, which initially weighed on risk assets. For readers following Hyperliquid , the rebound restored HYPE above $80 but did not by itself confirm a broader trend reversal.

Ripple Prime Expansion Adds an Institutional Catalyst Around Hyperliquid

Ripple Prime expanded institutional access to real-world asset perpetual swaps referencing more than 100 markets tied to contracts listed by Trade.xyz on Hyperliquid. The offering spans equities, equity indexes, ETFs, metals, energy and foreign exchange, with trading and settlement available around the clock. The development extends the platform’s growing RWA perpetuals market . The integration strengthens Hyperliquid’s role as infrastructure for institutional derivatives exposure beyond native crypto assets.

The products are accessed through Ripple Prime rather than by institutional clients trading directly on Hyperliquid. Ripple acts as principal, while RLUSD can be used as collateral and eligible exposures can be cross-margined with other supported asset classes. That structure builds on the broader institutional expansion into Hyperliquid markets . The arrangement broadens institutional connectivity to Hyperliquid markets without turning the HYPE token itself into the underlying asset of those swaps.

HYPE’s recovery followed a sharp inflation-driven pullback. September’s U.S. Producer Price Index rose 6.3% year over year, above expectations of 5.3%, pushing the token below $80 and triggering roughly $7 million in HYPE long liquidations versus about $810,000 in short liquidations. The token then recovered toward $82, while recent HYPE price pressure below $85 had already highlighted nearby resistance. The rebound therefore combined improving ecosystem headlines with recovery from a broader macro-driven selloff.

Technical levels remain important after the bounce. The initial market snapshot placed resistance near $83.10, while support sat around $76.30 to $75.70. CoinMarketCap later showed a 24-hour high of $82.48, leaving HYPE below that cited resistance zone despite the recovery. The token also remained below its September all-time high of $97.98. HYPE’s move toward $82 improves short-term momentum, but the available price data still leaves the market below the resistance levels needed for stronger technical confirmation. That leaves traders watching whether institutional activity can translate into demand around the protocol.
