As an iOS user myself, it’s hard to argue with how easily all of Apple’s devices sync together. Even if I don’t care about flashy brand loyalty, it’s no coincidence that so much of my tech is from the manufacturer. Of course, that means my Bluetooth tracker of choice is the AirTag, the 2nd gen of which is now 21% off , an incredible price for a single tag.

It’s a great deal, not just because it’s the lowest price of the season, which it definitely is. What makes this such a good offer it’s rare to find a single AirTag for so cheap. Usually, deals featuring the Apple trackers come in a minimum of four, which is great for folks getting started or distributing them as gifts, but frankly, unnecessary if you only need one.

Why you’ll love the Apple AirTag 2nd Gen

I trust the Apple AirTag to help me keep tabs on my most precious cargo.

You’ve got a lot of choices when it comes to Bluetooth trackers, especially if you’re looking for something more budget-friendly. Regardless, I always recommend Apple’s latest AirTag for iPhone users because it’s so easy to use — especially if you’re familiar with iOS features like Find My. Using the app, you can see your AirTag’s last known location, and anyone who finds it can use a smartphone to obtain your contact information via NFC.

Those features aren’t new, but what is new in the latest generation is Precision Finding, which provides on-screen directions to your lost item on your iPhone. It also has a farther range, a louder built-in speaker, and can even work with compatible Apple Watches.

I lose my personal belongings all the time, so I keep an AirTag in a pleather fish charm on my keys and luggage when I’m traveling. My small dog also sports one in a handy collar that keeps it close (and is the best I’ve found at preventing it from falling out during play). While I’ve never had to use it to find her myself, my family members have located lost dogs enough times with their AirTags for me to know it’ll come in clutch if the time ever comes. After years of owning them, as is apparent from the scratches in my photos, I’ve found they’re a no-fuss addition that can only help in your time of need.
