Pontoro has launched its first Automated Liquidity Pool (ALP) on Stellar in collaboration with Archax and the Stellar Development Foundation, unveiling the live pilot at Meridian 2026 in Lisbon. The structure combines tokenized money market assets with private-market fund interests inside a single investment vehicle. The pool is designed to provide a rules-based liquidity layer for tokenized private assets , extending the infrastructure around real-world asset tokenization .

The ALP separates assets into liquid and private compartments. Investors seeking liquidity can offer eligible private-fund interests to the pool, while redemptions are initially funded from the liquid side. As available liquidity falls, the discount required for new private-asset purchases can widen under predefined pricing rules , creating an incentive for fresh capital to enter while preserving the underlying private portfolio.

Archax issues permissioned pool interests as tokens on Stellar, while Pontoro provides the pricing, redemption and yield-allocation infrastructure. The next milestone is execution of the live pilot and potential additional institutional launches , as Pontoro tests whether automated liquidity management can make private-market exposure more accessible without creating a conventional secondary market.
