Zerohash launched AUTH, a tool that allows users to transfer cryptocurrencies between linked accounts and wallets without copying addresses or selecting blockchain networks. The company unveiled the service at the Money20/20 conference in Las Vegas.
The platform allows users to connect exchange accounts and self-custody wallets to authorize transfers directly through compatible applications. AUTH handles transaction routing and settlement , while each application determines which assets and transfer types it supports.
The service supports cryptocurrencies, stablecoins, and tokenized stocks . According to Zerohash, it offers more than 600 connections , including Coinbase, Robinhood, Gemini, MetaMask, and Phantom. Its technical documentation lists 639 compatible wallets and four exchange or brokerage accounts. Kraken remains in beta.
Ryan Beaudry, a former Mastercard executive , will lead AUTH. The company aims to reduce the steps required to transfer digital assets and prevent errors associated with manually entering wallet addresses.
The launch coincides with the firm’s ongoing regulatory process in the United States. In July, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) returned its application for a national trust bank charter due to deficiencies in the filing. The company submitted a revised application on August 18 , with a narrower scope, and is still awaiting a decision.
