morning trade live. Let's focus on some software names this morning. A bit goi Microsoft is the only that is higher up almost 1%. Pa, Snowflake and Palo Alto Networks. They've all received downgrades from Pps Securities this morning. The firm adjusting its ratings in the software space following the r rerating of shares. As I mentioned, we're mixed across the board today. Microsoft's a standout with Palantir, snowflake, Palo Alt Networks all lower right now in the range of 1 to Pal Alto Networks taken out the most, down 3%, as we can see here. But we are staying in the software sector for the morning tradese we've seen a couple of upgrades and downgrades. Let's start with Adobe. Aou downgrade to underweight from equal weight over at Wells Fargo. J passing through some of the details here. We've got a price target of $225 now coming from the bank. That is down from $270. As for what the firm is saying behind the call here,3 results were fairly muted, they say suggestive of a more gful cracks that are now starting to show in the Adobe growth profile. So this seems to be a bearish analyst report on Adobe. Basically Wellsgo getting at the fact that Adobe's growth is slowing down more seriously thay ha anticipated. And it seems they believe it may struggle to hit its financial targets here. Moving on to Salesforce, though, we are seeing a double upgrade to buy from underperform over at the Bank of America. Now, they've pce target at taking it to $285 from $160. That is quite a significant jump as f this rerating. They're saying the previous concern they had centered on AI driven disintermediation are conversations now with the team, and market participants sug thge enterprises are unlikely to replace platforms that house t business logic, data workflows, and compliance frameworks So if anything, AI should deepen dependance on analyst is saying. So this is clearly a very bullish analyst report on Salesforce, which why this stock is heading in the opposite direction to Adobe today. Bank America dramatically improving its outlook here. So it does seem td losers emerging across the software space.estors have been turning more positive on the sector as a whole. But we do knohat these AI disruption fears continue to linger over the sector. And just looking at a chart of Adobe versus CRM, they've mostly been tracking each other side by side for the majority of the year before they kind of split inepte where CRM has sort of pulled ahead of Adobe here. In fact, if you look at the year to date change, you've got Adobe down 32%, CRM only down around 11. So it certainly anaged to make up for some of that lost ground. Adobe is underperforming amongst the two here. So a very split picture across some of our softwaretock you can see here today with some of these upgrades and downgrades. Let'sde Salesforce now with Scott Bauer, CEO of Prosper Trading Academy. Allht Scott, good morning to you. Thanks so much for your time and hope you had a wonderful d. Yeah. Interesting moves we're seeing in softwares, as I said, as sort of winners lot are your thoughts and how would you trade this one, for exampley you get a double upgrade or a downgrade. So there's some conviction behind these. And for Salesforce this is a nice upgrade. Now early on today traded up to the 240 ish level which is some resistance here. And you know it kind of halted there and backed off a little bit. But if it does break through that 240, there could be a nice run up to. 255 so taking a very short term play here, I'm looking to buy next wee October 23rd. 24 call spread pay about $2.50 for that. Again, that 240 area I believe is going to be really critical. And if it through, this thing Good. Look across the software. space today. We do have technology as a whole under pressure. The ITV is down 8/10. these couple of bright spots here off the back of some upgrades. Workday is act ng a nip 2.6%. What about your thoughts on the overall market? I know, e bound. We're sort of flip flopping on the S&P 500 right now. Scottie, as we kind of look for some direction from the earnings and the data this week. Yeah very rangebound people just waiting I believe for for the sta earnings season here. You know Friday was one of the lowest volume S&P volume days of the year. Today bond markets closed. So volume is in the equity side is pretty low. But I think it's it's a l bit of a wait and see here. And we'll see how earnings especially with the banks kick things off here. And if we can get the market back in gear to thee. Yeah we'll be watching. Really appreciate it as
