So, it it's a it's a great step forward because it keeps everybody focused on this. It it answers some of the concerns that have been raised by people leaving a few of the companies saying they're not focused on it. And it also interestingly sort of applies the principles that have already been adopted in legislation in California that have recently been accelerated by executive order by Governor Newsom. So, I think we have a there's a regulatory framework here that's that's reflected both in federal action and voluntary you know commitment by the companies. There's a state law set of laws and set of rules that are coming that will flush this out a bit. So, all in all I think it's healthy.
