The French government has stopped the use of stun grenades against protesters after a 15-year-old's hand was blown off during clashes with riot police, fueling accusations from protesters of police brutality. More than 500 schools were closed yesterday, and unions representing students, teachers, and other workers said more marches were planned for today. Meanwhile, the French Prime Minister, Sebastian Luknu, pledged to address the concerns of those protesting, saying that the anger from young people didn't come out of nowhere.
