higher. Kevin, reallyappreciateo break all of that down with me an Sam today. And we'd like to close out the show with our final thoughts. After that whirlwind of earnings that we just had. And none of those names are in mine. At least I've got Nvidia here, though, taking another step towards selling complete AI data center systems, they've unveiled their new DS X pod AI factory. It essentially packs seven Vera Rubin AI racks into a shi container tha then be transported by truck. The ro 62,000 po unit comes with the cabling and the liquid cooling assembled at the factory, and Nvidia says it can cut the deployment time at a prepared site from six monthsto, the company is working with partners like Dell, HP, Lenovo and Foxconn. Deliveries expected to in early 2027. Pricing has not been disclosed yet, though, but this move underscoring Nvidia's broader push beyond selling chips into making a play to become complete AI infrastructure play, helping customers bring computing capacity online faster. As the demand for AI continues tove data center investment, Nvidia ended the day up 2.5% higher. And I took a look at housing yesterday, and we got some more data on the housing front today. And it's also not good. Mortgage rates fell for the first in more than two mon last week. That was good. But the decline did little to revive the housing market. The average rate on a 30 year fixed mortgage slipp 6.41%, down from 6.5%. That's according to the Mortgage Bankers Asion. While the total mortgage applications fell 5.3%. Applications to purchase a home fell 7% week over week, and we're down 18% from a year ago, while refinan applications fell 2% and were 59% lower than a y earlier. No surprise there. The data, however, underscores how eleva borrowing costs continue to weigh on housing demand, with even the modest dip in rates failing to bring any buyers back into the market. Sam, we talked yesterday about this deep freeze that's affecting real estate right now, and it seems to be persisting, even as we got some slight relief terms of those mortgage rates. Yeah, absolutely. It's a really tough tim the housing market. And you know, coupled with that, we got a good sense of how the inflation picture is ing central bank policy today. UK inflation jumped more than expected last month driven byigher energy costs. That's really solidifying expectations of a rate hike from the BOE next month. The former BOJ executive, meantime, says he expect Japanese central bank to keep raising rates every three months to keep ad os currently expecting a pause thonth, but it's prin a near 80% chance of a hike in December. And the reserve Bank of Australia's deputy governor now says the outlook for inflation looks merially worse than t had thought, fueling expectations of another hike in November. And that would RBA's fifth rate increase just this year. So from Europe to Asiaacific, central banks appear to be moving in synchronized hawkish direction right now. And just separately on another part of the tech recovery tIt did come from South Korea's Nio Cloud Company Elise jumpedn in Seoul. It made up for the 32% slump on its tradi debut. The stock surged by the 30% daily, although still trading below its IPO price, the CEO has dismissed t volatility we saw and saying they're doubling revenue compared to last year, so I'm going to be watching that one tonight. But heading into tomorrow Mollyare you goingo be looking out for. Oh we've got another smorgasbord of earnings coming our way. Andt sectors. We've got Lockheed Martin American Airlines, Procter and Gamble, Spotify Valero Energy, Bloom Energy, PulteGroup, Newmont and D brand, Sam. Those are just a few that stuck out to me. And we've got a wide swath there. But what will you be watching? Yeah, couple of those names that are going to be reporting tomorrow. I mean obviously really become a part of the AI trade. I as far as what doing i, clearly in the business of hard disk drives, that's going to be a big one as far as you know, the first cab off the rank as far as what they're going to tell us about the entire memory tr right now, which has been seeing a lot of volatility, to say the least. Certainly has. And we'll have a few of those names for you on tomorrow's show. But that is going to do it for us today. For Sam Bardis I'm Marley Kayden. Make sure to download our Schwab Network
