Would you drive the Telo MT1?

This tiny truck thinks it can fix our big truck problem. The TE MT1 was designed by former Tesla engineers, and on paper, it sounds almost too good to be true. TE claims this pite-size EV packs an 8ft bed when you drop the midgate, an 8,000 lb towing capacity, 0 to 60 time in just 4 seconds, up to 350 mi of range, and even a hidden monster tunnel under the bed for extra gear. Now, fitting that much utility into a tiny frame raises a lot of questions, especially about safety. Tela says they completely re-engineered the front crash architecture using AI virtual testing to make it street legal. Uh, but passing regulatory crash tests in the real world is a whole different ballgame. The founders insist that there's a lot of demand for an urban utility vehicle that isn't a massive land yacht. And with a starting price of $41,520, they've already collected 14,000 reservations. T's targeting deliveries in 2027, but in an industry littered with dead EV startups, promising big specs on a small footprint is the easy part. Actually scaling production and delivering real trucks is where things usually get pretty bumpy. Would you take a gamble on this tiny electric truck from a unknown startup? Let us know in the comments.
