November has historically been a strong month for technology stocks , with recurring seasonal patterns pointing to potential investment opportunities.
Although past performance does not guarantee future returns, some stocks have consistently gained during specific calendar windows.
For investors seeking opportunities in the final stretch of the year, Finbold has identified two technology stocks whose bullish outlook is supported by historical trends and business growth.
Cisco (NASDAQ: CSCO)
Cisco (NASDAQ: CSCO ) stock is approaching one of its strongest historical seasonal windows, with shares typically gaining from late November into December.
According to SeasonalityX data covering 2016–2025, Cisco’s strongest recurring window runs from November 22 to December 12. The stock ended higher in all 10 years, recording a 100% win rate and an average return of 3.63% over the 20-day holding period.

The seasonal outlook coincides with growing demand for networking infrastructure powering artificial intelligence ( AI ) data centers.
In its fiscal fourth-quarter and full-year 2026 results released on August 12, Cisco reported quarterly revenue of $17.3 billion, up 18% year over year. Full-year revenue reached a record $63.3 billion, representing 12% growth.
Networking product orders surged 40% in the fourth quarter, marking the eighth consecutive quarter of double-digit growth.
Cisco also secured $9.3 billion in AI infrastructure orders from hyperscalers during fiscal 2026, including $4 billion in the fourth quarter.
By press time, Cisco stock was trading at $104, up approximately 37% year to date.
Broadcom (NASDAQ: AVGO)
Broadcom (NASDAQ: AVGO ) is another technology stock with a historically strong November pattern as it looks to recover from a difficult 2026. Year-to-date, AVGO shares are down more than 6%, trading at $326 as of press time.
Notably, Broadcom’s November 23 to December 23 window has historically delivered an average return of 10.59%, with shares closing higher in nine out of 10 years.
Other seasonal trends are similarly encouraging. Between November 3 and November 23, AVGO has averaged a 4.64% gain, with an 80% win rate. Meanwhile, the November 4 to November 24 window has delivered a 5.33% average return and a 90% win rate.

Notably, these patterns coincide with Broadcom’s growing presence in the AI semiconductor market. The technology company supplies custom AI accelerators, networking chips, and infrastructure software, positioning it to benefit from rising AI infrastructure spending.
Broadcom’s fiscal third-quarter 2026 results, covering the period ended August 2, reflected this momentum. Revenue surged 85.5% year over year to $29.59 billion, while adjusted earnings reached $3.32 per share. AI semiconductor revenue jumped 221% to $16.7 billion. Management forecast fourth-quarter revenue of approximately $34.8 billion, including $21.7 billion from AI products.
However, Broadcom faces risks from customer concentration, financing and execution challenges, while rising chip production costs could pressure margins.
Nevertheless, its expanding AI business and historically strong November performance make AVGO another technology stock worth watching.
