(TSXV:VCI) (the “ Corporation ”) is pleased to announce that the Corporation declared a cash dividend (the “ Dividend ”) today of $0.05 per common share to be paid on November 13, 2026, to the shareholders of record as of the close of business on October 30, 2026. Although this is a special Dividend which depends on the results of ongoing business activity and operating results, the Corporation anticipates continuing to pay dividends on a quarterly basis.
The Dividend is considered an “eligible dividend” for tax purposes.
The Corporation had approximately 6 ,356,050 common shares issued and outstanding as at October 19, 2026.
