Blackstone, Banks Gather $60 Billon for Broadcom AI Chip Deal

Is this just circular financing? Is that the main question we need to ask for this? It really is the main question, and it's interesting. So we've known about this deal for a few weeks, and we're just starting to get some more details. It'll be really interesting to see once it actually launches. Wall Street's watching to see what is actually the investor appetite to continue to spend so much money on this AI build out and... Exactly. You're right. How much of it is circular? You know, is it actually sort of, like, juicing its own revenue for these companies? So super interesting to get more details here. One thing I also, as an equities reporter, I'm always looking at is how Broadcom stock has done through all of this, and it's actually really underperformed. It's down almost 30% from a June high, which is interesting. It'll be interesting to see in upcoming earnings season if that company is able to sort of better communicate some of the growth that they're seeing, especially when, you know, have all this money going to finances build out. Well, we ask questions like, is this circular financing? But are investors asking that question? Is there a cons... Real concern over that at this point? I would say that the debate is definitely there, but I actually haven't heard a lot of investors very worried about it. They they see the reason that there are concerns. Everyone has seen our, you know, amazing Bloomberg chart of all the, you know, different lines going around where all this... How the... All of this money is flowing in a circle. But so far, I haven't spoken to a lot of investors that are saying, you know, I'm not buying these stocks because I see that they're financing their own revenue yet. Obviously, that could happen at some point, and then, you know, that will be a different story.
