TNT Sports head Luis Silberwasser to depart Skydance ahead of merger

I can exclusively report to you right now that Luis Silberwasser, who has been the CEO of TNT Sports since 2022, will be departing the company. CBS Sports CEO David Berson will run a global group of sports that includes both the TNT Sports and WBD sports brands, including CBS Sports, which he already runs. All of those brands will report up to Berson, who will run this new global sports division within the combined company. Each of the different divisions of this company is going to need to make leadership decisions. Some of that news is already coming out. In some cases, the leader of the previous division may stick around in the company. In this case, I can tell you Luis Silberwasser will be leaving.
